Warren Mills has had many years experience in the franchise sector, as a Franchisee and Franchisor.
He established the s.b.a small business accounting franchise, developing a national group of 32 successful franchises, before on selling the company in 2007.
Warren now trades as Franchise Focus, a consultancy formed to provide personal guidance and mentoring to the franchise industry.
His speciality is in the recruitment, and development of new Franchisees. Warren believes that new Franchisors also need guidance, and he offers a supportive mentoring service.
